We are seeking experienced Product Analysts (or strong BAs/BSA/BDA/PMs) with deep Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance expertise to join a high-impact Generative AI initiative. This role involves driving complex integrations across front-end, middleware (MuleSoft), and backend systems while ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
βοΈ Key Responsibilities
β’ Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into user stories and functional specs
β’ Support integrations across frontend, APIs/middleware, databases, and backend systems
β’ Ensure compliance with insurance workflows, product rules, and regulatory mandates
β’ Work closely with developers, architects, data scientists, and QA teams to drive delivery
β’ Lead UAT planning, execution, and go-live readiness activities

Must-Have Qualifications
β’ 8β10+ years as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst with strong P&C insurance experience
β’ Deep expertise in policy administration, claims, underwriting, and regulatory compliance
β’ Strong understanding of API integrations, data contracts, and enterprise data flows
β’ Demonstrated success in Agile delivery (user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning)
β’ Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma (or similar tools)
β’ Exceptional stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis skills
β’ Familiarity with core insurance platforms like Guidewire or Duck Creek
π Nice-to-Have
β’ Exposure to Generative AI/LLMs or AI-driven platforms
β’ Experience embedding AI features into underwriting tools or customer portals
β’ Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks related to AI in insurance
