Acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, this role manages data-related requests and priorities, ensuring delivery and alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Data Request & Issue Management β€’ Organize incoming data requests, ensuring traceability and resolution through a centralized log. β€’ Liaise with IT for timely resolution and communication of issues. Jira Oversight & Road Mapping β€’ Manage Jira boards for tracking tasks and roadmap planning aligned with business goals. β€’ Scope, prioritize, and update data-related tickets effectively. Stakeholder Collaboration β€’ Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables. β€’ Host regular check-ins with teams to track alignment and progress. Technical Support & Data Modeling β€’ Assist engineers with data modeling, documentation, and validation. β€’ Ensure data structures align with business logic and use cases. Reporting & Analysis β€’ Analyze and visualize data trends to support decision-making. β€’ Contribute to database management and data integrity efforts. Required Experience: β€’ 5-10 years of experience in data operations, product ownership, or business analysis. β€’ Proven collaboration with engineering and IT teams. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field. Nice-to-Have Experience: β€’ Hands-on experience with data governance and compliance tools. β€’ Prior work in retail, finance, or compliance environments.
