Product Quality Evaluator

We’re much more than a digital resume – we transform lives through innovative products and technology. Product Quality Evaluator This role will support the Product Quality Evaluator (PQE) team. You’ll work on core products helping to identify, prioritize, and onboard key user flows for agentic automation. You will evaluate the product quality of new and nuanced products and features by independently and comprehensively testing user flows and functionalities and triaging agentic identified issues. Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard user test flows to agentic test automation tool - Review DOM structure and validate tracking event implementation - Validate results (pass/fail) of agentic test automation tool - Evaluate user flows for the next generation of products across various platforms and browsers - Work with engineers, team leads, and product managers to prioritize test cases for agentic automation - Partner with engineering to identify and report issues. Verify bugs are valid, fixed, and provide sign-off verification to engineering - Author and execute test cases based on product specs and member behavior - Maintain test case repository as source of truth for expected product behavior and test coverage - Analyze test agent reported issues and recommend tooling improvements - Be able to estimate the level of effort, balance and prioritize multiple projects in parallel - Effectively present technical and functional details to senior leaders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds and provide recommendation on product readiness for public launch Basic Qualifications: - BE/BS/BA degree required technical background -in the scope of computer science / technical - 2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: User Testing, Product Evaluation, Quality Assurance, User Experience, or Test Engineering. - Proficiency with terminal, browser developer tools and understanding of DOM structure and basic JavaScript knowledge Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Agile Testing practices - Experience in JIRA, TestRail - Experience with test plan & test case writing - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Suggested: - Experience with Appium is a plus - Experience with APIs (Postman) is a plus - Any of this experience in AI products or feature or big interest in AI About Synergis Synergis is a workforce solutions partner serving thousands of businesses and job seekers nationwide. The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $49.21 to $62.00/hr in the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York Metro, $46.26 to $58.28/hr in the state of Washington and the rest of California and New York , and $43.30 to $54.56 in Colorado, and in any state not already listed the hourly pay range is $43.30 to $58.28.
