Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our global Medical Device client, supporting their Global Ultrasound team. This role is critical in utilizing data to drive decision-making for service requests, defects, and root cause issues, ultimately improving product quality. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets from various sources such as service records, customer escalations, and warranty data. Use Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other analytics tools to structure data and identify trends. Build Power BI dashboards and Smartsheets for real-time data visualization. Develop and present insights to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Automate data collection and reporting processes for timely updates. Transform complex log data from scanners and devices for analysis. Collaborate with global teams to enhance data utilization and decision-making. Required Knowledge & Skills Strong skills in database querying (SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Proficiency in M365, Excel, and Smartsheets. Experience with service records and customer support data analysis. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills for presenting findings. Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Work Location & Schedule Work is 80% onsite at Wauwatosa, WI 53226, with no travel required.
