Analyze collected data to identify, categorize, and prioritize developer productivity issues based on frequency, impact, and feasibility of resolution
Establish systematic feedback loops to ensure identified issues are properly tracked, addressed, and communicated back to engineering teams
Develop metrics and dashboards to track developer productivity trends over time, incorporating industry best practices from DORA metrics, SPACE framework, and toil measurement approaches
Produce regular analysis reports with prioritized recommendations for improving developer experience
Partner with engineering leadership to implement sustainable processes for ongoing developer experience optimization
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 5+ years of experience in developer productivity, engineering operations, or similar roles focused on improving engineering team effectiveness
Have a strong understanding of software development workflows, tooling, and common engineering pain points
Are skilled at designing and conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys, interviews, and observational studies
Have experience with data analysis and visualization tools to extract insights from productivity metrics
