Position Details: • Industry :Banking/Finance • Work Location: Charlotte,NC (Hybrid)!! • Job Title : Python  Developer • Duration:12-18 Months (Contract) • Pay Range : 55$/hr - 65$/hr MUST HAVES: • 5+ years of professional experience in Python development • Proven experience leading and mentoring offshore development teams • Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), code reviews, and CI/CD • Background in REST API development and microservices architecture • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments • Ability to manage priorities, make technical decisions, and deliver quality solutions on time Preferred: • Experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Background in REST API development and microservices architecture • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools like Slack Day to Day: • 50% hands-on Python development: writing clean, scalable, and efficient code • 50% team leadership: guiding, mentoring, and reviewing the work of offshore team members • Conduct daily standups and sprint planning with offshore teams • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines • Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards • Troubleshoot and resolve development or performance issues • Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery • Continuously improve team processes and technical documentation Email me your resume at pritam.palai@collabera.com
