Qlik Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Qlik Developer to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team. The Qlik Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Qlik Sense applications and dashboards that support business operations, strategic initiatives, and executive reporting. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, marketing, and IT to transform raw data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards, reports, and data models to support business needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver user-friendly solutions. • Optimize Qlik applications for performance, scalability, and usability. • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to prepare clean, structured data for reporting. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across BI solutions. • Integrate Qlik Sense with various data sources such as SQL Server, cloud platforms, and APIs. • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption of BI tools. • Stay current with Qlik and BI/analytics trends to recommend new capabilities and improvements. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • 2+ years of experience developing solutions in Qlik Sense (QlikView experience is a plus). • Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and relational databases. • Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and integrating multiple data sources. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience in the real estate, retail, or financial services industries a plus.
