Job Title: R&D Scientist (LIMS Development)

Duration: 06+ Months Contract/Can be Extended
Pay Rate : $35 to $40/HR
Job Description:
R&D Associate Scientist – LIMS Development plays a key role in supporting laboratory digitalization initiatives by providing technical and functional expertise in LabVantage LIMS and its advanced capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Lab Operations and cross‑functional teams to develop and implement advanced functionality within the LabVantage LIMS platform.
• Partner with local and global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate laboratory needs into effective LabVantage solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and update training documentation and user support materials.
• Create instructional training videos to support system onboarding and continuous learning.
• Deliver training sessions for local and global users on LabVantage LIMS, ELN, and LES functionality.
• Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, including test script development and execution.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with LabVantage LIMS.
• Working knowledge of LabVantage ELN and LES.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of analytical chemistry laboratory workflows and their integration with LIMS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar application lifecycle management tools.
• Experience supporting or leading system training initiatives in a laboratory environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the Microsoft Power Apps suite.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with coding or scripting in support of laboratory systems.
