Reporting Analyst

Reporting Analyst Charlotte NC- fully onsite 100% 12+ months – W2 Rate - $53/hr This role is a Reports Role. Must have strong Power Point, MS Excel, Jira and expertise in report creation/development Requirements • 5+ years - must have strong experience in preparing presentations (not presenting) but must be strong in preparing visualizations, reports and presentations at senior management level. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. • 4+ years of experience in reporting and analytics using Excel, PowerPoint (3 years), Jira • Exceptional oral and written communication skills; consistently produces executive-ready deliverables such as briefings, decision memos, and strategic roadmaps. • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to present complex data in a clear, digestible format • Skilled in defining and managing KPIs/OKRs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks • Will be required to provide capacity planning, reporting and PowerPoint presentations
