Role description
Jr. Reporting Analyst
6 Month Contract with possibility of extension
Fully Remote Position
Key Responsibilities
• Track and maintain participant data and attendance lists across multiple programs and workstreams
• Distribute surveys, monitor responses, and compile results into structured datasets
• Clean, validate, and organize data in Excel to ensure accuracy and usability
• Support the development of metrics and insights from training and program data
• Assist with training coordination and logistics (scheduling, communications, materials tracking)
• Contribute to Power BI dashboards for reporting (final outputs)
• Provide ad hoc operational and program support across the broader team as needed
Required Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in a data, program coordination, or analyst-type role, ideally within pharma, or healthcare
• Strong proficiency in Excel (data organization, cleaning, basic analysis)
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
• Strong organizational and basic project management skills
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to execute independently
• Strong communication skills and a personable, team-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (not required, but a plus)
• Experience supporting training programs, survey data collection, or program analytics
