Position: Revenue Acceleration Analyst
Pay Rate: $48.15/hour
Duration: 1 year (potential to extend or convert to permanent)
Location: Fully Remote
Position Overview
The Revenue Operations Analyst will develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and models that provide leadership with ongoing visibility into business performance and pipeline health. This role involves analyzing the revenue funnel, pipeline velocity, and sales performance data to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for GTM leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain key reports, dashboards, and models to monitor business performance and pipeline health.
• Analyze the full revenue funnel, pipeline velocity, and sales performance to identify growth levers, conversion bottlenecks, and risks.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve sales productivity and accelerate revenue.
• Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of GTM technologies aimed at boosting productivity and shortening the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to ensure the tech stack is optimized for speed, efficiency, and strategic analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and outsourced high-performing teams.
• Efficient and reliable team player.
• Salesforce (CRM) expertise—proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and understanding objects is essential.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization/BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics & Insights, or similar analytical roles.
