Role description
Title: Sales Analytics Manager/Specialist (Jupiter, PowerBI) Location: Dallas, TX (Need locals only) --Hybrid Experience required: 12+ Years It’s a functional role. sales pipeline metrics and reporting, PowerBI, Jupiter. Ability to analyze and interpret large databases. Experience with the end-to-end sales cycle is a plus. We are seeking candidates with the following profile: Β· Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytics function, ideally within a fast-paced commercial environment. Β· Technical Skills: o Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and PowerBI using Prompt based AI to deliver results quickly o Experience with CRM systems (such as Jupiter) and familiarity with sales pipeline metrics and reporting. o Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and dashboard creation. o Ability to extract, clean, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights. Β· Soft Skills: o Proactive, initiative taker, and able to work independently. o Keen and original thinker with an intuitively analytical mindset. o Strong communication skills to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations. o Collaborative approach, comfortable working across sales and operations organization teams. We are looking for candidates who combine technical expertise with a strategic, business-oriented perspective. Key Responsibilities Β· Sales Pipeline Analysis o Constantly analyze weekly end-to-end sales pipeline data for Deloitte Operate deals, identifying emerging trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. o Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal progression. o Perform ad-hoc analysis as required based on the need of the hour. Β· Optimization & Forecasting o Recommend strategies to optimize pipeline velocity, deal win rates, and revenue forecasting accuracy. o Collaborate with sales leaders to design and implement pipeline management best practices. Β· Data Management & Quality o Ensure data integrity by partnering with sales operations teams to validate and cleanse pipeline data. o Establish and maintain data governance protocols for sales pipeline metrics. Β· Stakeholder Engagement o Develop findings and recommendations to be presented to the senior leadership, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, across different OPs. o Support account teams with ad hoc analyses to inform pursuit strategies and deal qualification, if required. Β· Continuous Improvement o Monitor the impact of implemented changes and iterate on analytics models and reporting as needed. o Stay current on analytics tools, sales methodologies, and industry benchmarks.
