Get more details below! β€’ Contract Duration: 90 days β€’ Worksite Location: Remote β€’ Compensation: $33.00-$40.00 per hour What you’ll do as the Sales Compensation Analyst: β€’ Support our team by maintaining and enhancing Excel-based compensation tools, with a focus on improving calculation accuracy and efficiency through advanced formulas, macros, and data validation techniques β€’ Work collaboratively with Sr. Compensation Analysts to process and validate compensation calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of payments while maintaining data integrity β€’ Help maintain data quality by implementing Excel-based controls and validation checks, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions to improve data accuracy β€’ Support the execution of compensation programs including incentive calculations, reporting, and data analysis using advanced Excel functions and analytical tools β€’ Assist with standard and ad-hoc compensation requests, developing efficient solutions through Excel automation and process improvements β€’ Apply strong attention to detail in maintaining confidentiality and compliance with respect to sensitive compensation data and calculations β€’ Collaborate with senior team members to document processes and suggest improvements based on your Excel expertise and analytical insights What you’ll bring to the Sales Compensation Analyst role: β€’ Expertise with Microsoft Excel; able to execute advanced formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, data validation techniques and dashboard creation β€’ Experience managing large datasets and complex calculations β€’ A love for data and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities β€’ Basic understanding of compensation principles and practices β€’ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) β€’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information β€’ Comfortable with new systems and adapting to process changes As an equal opportunity employer, Dahl Consulting welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
