Our major FinTech client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their EMEA Lead Generation team. This role is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to help drive high-quality sales opportunities across multiple markets.
What You'll Do
β’ Develop and execute data-driven strategies for omni-channel lead generation campaigns.
β’ Build automation processes to identify, score, and qualify leads using Python and SQL.
β’ Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
β’ Analyze campaign results, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
β’ Contribute to a collaborative, innovative team environment where data is at the core of decision-making.
What We're Looking For
β’ 5+ years of experience with Python and SQL, particularly in automating and analyzing data.
β’ Strong background in B2B lead generation and campaign strategy.
β’ Proven experience supporting Sales teams and optimizing performance across functions.
β’ Excellent data analysis and insight delivery skills, with the ability to turn data into strategy.
β’ Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Experience in e-commerce or enterprise-level environments is highly desirable.
