Key Responsibilities:
Manage IQVIA data inquiries (Xponent, DDD) and communicate outcomes
Develop and manage a ServiceNow ticketing process for commercial data questions
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and data resolution processes
Support quarterly sales target refinement activities
Qualifications:
Familiarity with IQVIA datasets and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva)
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Experience with Snowflake and/or SQL
Strong Excel/VBA skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
