Overview:
1. We are looking for a Salesforce professional (Analyst, Admin, or Developer) with strong healthcare experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be skilled in UAT testing, ticket resolution through Azure DevOps, and working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of fixes and enhancements. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in the U.S. and available to start quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce enhancements, fixes, and releases.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve support tickets in Azure DevOps, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Configure, customize, or develop Salesforce features depending on role expertise (Admin/Dev tasks).
• Partner with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support production releases.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and regulations (HIPAA knowledge a plus).
• Support release management activities including regression testing, documentation, and deployment.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst, Administrator, or Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with UAT testing and defect resolution.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for ticketing and workflow management.
• Background in healthcare processes, systems, or compliance.
• Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Availability to interview next week and start immediately.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Developer, or equivalent).
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or healthcare-specific Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
