We are looking for a Salesforce Analyst to manage and analyze Salesforce CRM data, perform data cleanup, and generate actionable insights using Python and other analytics tools. The role involves working closely with business teams to optimize Salesforce usage and ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage Salesforce CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data cleanup, deduplication, and validation within Salesforce.
• Analyze CRM data using Python (Jupyter/Anaconda), SQL, and Excel.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for sales, marketing, and service teams.
• Support data migration projects and automate processes where possible.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide insights.
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform (objects, workflows, reports, dashboards).
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, Jupyter notebooks).
• Experience with ETL/data migration tools (Data Loader, Dataloader.io, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to work with technical and business teams.
