Salesforce Apex Technical Lead

Job Title: Salesforce Apex Technical Lead Location: Reston, Virginia -Hybrid (3 days onsite in Reston, VA) Duration: Contract Primary Skills: • Salesforce Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex) • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Aura Framework • Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) • REST & SOAP API Integrations • Visualforce • Salesforce Data Modeling & Security Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage Salesforce Apex and Lightning development projects end-to-end. • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance. • Perform code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution. • Work closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions. Required Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on experience in Apex development (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex). • Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework. • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules. • Experience with deployment strategies and release management. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
