JD:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data science or related Field.
• The location is USA East Coast, Ohio preferred.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience using Sales Cloud, Integrations, Data Cloud
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts (objects, fields, data model, flows, integrations)
• Good Understanding of AI/ML concepts (predictive modelling, regression, classification)
• Exposure to einstein Discovery, CRM analytics, Data cloud (course work, certification etc.)
• Hands on Agent force and AI copilots for salesforce automation
• Advance Skills in data analysis tools (excel, SQL, python or R)
• Strong Solutioning mindset, ability analyze architecture, suggest solution aligned to business need.
• Good Communication, presentation and documentation skill
• Must have Salesforce certifications – AI associate, Einstein discovery consultant, Data cloud consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, PD1
• Experience with any BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, CRM analytics)
