Job Title: Salesforce nCino Tech Lead (Contract) Location: London, UK Employment Type: Full-Time | Hybrid | Contract About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce nCino Tech Lead to join a leading UK-based bank on a contract basis. This role will focus on leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions to support digital transformation across commercial and corporate banking operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Salesforce and nCino Bank Operating System solutions • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly technical solutions • Design and implement custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and nCino configuration • Oversee integrations with internal and third-party systems using MuleSoft or other APIs • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including CI/CD, version control, and secure development • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams • Act as a subject matter expert on nCino, advising on platform capabilities and enhancements Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in nCino implementations • Strong command of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs • Proven experience with nCino configuration (e.g. credit memo, loan origination, product catalog) • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data modeling • Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices • Relevant certifications (e.g. nCino Admin/Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer) are highly desirable Preferred Attributes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in banking technology
