Job Title: SAP ABAP HR Developer

We’re currently recruiting a SAP ABAP HR Developer . This is a critical role combining hands-on ABAP development with leadership responsibilities and SuccessFactors integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the ABAP development team.
• Support the SAP system alongside state technical teams.
• Provide integration support for SuccessFactors Employee Central and 3rd-party systems.
Must-Have Skills:
• 8+ years of ABAP development with strong OO-ABAP skills.
• Functional expertise in at least 3 modules: Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM.
• Experience in identifying and resolving system issues (Root Cause Analysis).
Preferred:
• 2+ years in:
• SuccessFactors EC Cloud Platform Integration
• SAP PI/PO (Process Integration)
• Data migration between 3rd-party systems
