Weβre currently recruiting a SAP ABAP HR Developer . This is a critical role combining hands-on ABAP development with leadership responsibilities and SuccessFactors integration.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and manage the ABAP development team.
β’ Support the SAP system alongside state technical teams.
β’ Provide integration support for SuccessFactors Employee Central and 3rd-party systems.
Must-Have Skills:
β’ 8+ years of ABAP development with strong OO-ABAP skills.
β’ Functional expertise in at least 3 modules: Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM.
β’ Experience in identifying and resolving system issues (Root Cause Analysis).
Preferred:
β’ 2+ years in:
β’ SuccessFactors EC Cloud Platform Integration
β’ SAP PI/PO (Process Integration)
β’ Data migration between 3rd-party systems
