Position Description and Job Skill Set:
• Lead an ABAP development team.
• Support and enhance the MAGIC SAP system.
• Provide integration support for SuccessFactors EC and third-party systems.
Required Skills/Experience:
• 8+ years as SAP lead developer managing 10–15 resources.
• 8+ years ABAP design and development, including Object-Oriented ABAP .
• Functional knowledge in at least 3 of the following:
• Finance
• CRM
• Logistics
• SRM
• SUS/ROS
• MDM
• HCM
• SuccessFactors EC
• 4+ years with SAP in a Public Sector environment.
• 2+ years training and mentoring public sector employees.
Preferred/Not Required Skills
• Experience with State of Mississippi MAGIC system.
• 2+ years with:
• SuccessFactors EC Cloud Platform Integration
• SAP Process Integration
• Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling
• Migration between third-party vendor systems
• Root cause analysis and incident resolution experience.
