ROLE DESCRIPTION AGG is adding a skilled SAP Analytics Consultant with deep expertise in extracting, modeling, and visualizing data from SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems. This role blends functional knowledge across key SAP modules (OTC, R2R, S2P, P2M) with technical experience in SAC, Datasphere, HANA, and modern data platforms to deliver actionable insights and guide analytics strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the design, development, and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions utilizing data from SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for impactful analytical insights • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of core SAP processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Record-to-Report (R2R), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Plan-to-Manufacture (P2M), and Services Management • Design and optimize complex data models, transformations, and reports within the SAP analytics ecosystem to meet specific business requirements • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables • Other duties as assigned by Leadership REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP analytics development • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with expertise in identifying and utilizing relevant SAP Tables and CDS Views for data extraction • Experience with SAP analytics tools such as SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP HANA (modeling and scripting), and SAP BW/BW/4HANA • Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and tools, including Azure Databricks and Snowflake, is highly desirable • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex data and reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and system performance OTHER • Must have no other full-time commitments and be ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients BENEFITS • For W2 employees, AGG offers the opportunity for growth and advancement, a competitive base salary, medical benefits, and 401(k) ABOUT ACCESS GLOBAL GROUP (www.acsgbl.com) Access Global Group is a team of experts in Salesforce consulting, support, and managed services.
