Job description:
Key Responsibilities: design, develop, and deploy data integration, quality, and cleansing solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between systems, and they are responsible for maintaining and supporting business rules and processes.
· Minimum 6-8 yrs of BODS experience
· Experience is extracting data from different sources SAP BW, HANA, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server
· At least 2 full life cycle implementation experience
· Experience with SAP Data Services 4.X version
· Data Integration:
o Design and develop data integration solutions using BODS to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (SAP and non-SAP systems) into target systems.
o Create and maintain ETL jobs and workflows to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
· Data Quality:
o Implement data quality rules and processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
o Develop and maintain data cleansing and standardization processes.
· Data Management:
o Manage and maintain data sources, transformations, and other objects within the BODS environment.
o Utilize BODS's central repository for metadata management.
· Technical Expertise:
o Possess a strong understanding of data warehousing principles and best practices, such as Star-Schema design and Change Data Capture.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BODS and data integration processes.
· Business Requirements:
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data integration and data quality requirements.
o Translate business requirements into technical solutions using BODS.
· Support and Maintenance:
o Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BODS projects and solutions.
o Monitor and optimize the performance of BODS jobs and workflows.
