This will be a key role supporting our client s post-Go-Live SAP COE structure Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Datasphere Lead to join our SAP Center of Excellence (COE) post-hypercare to drive the organization s enterprise data strategy and reporting landscape in the SAP S/4HANA environment. This role will focus on enabling efficient data modeling, reporting, and analytics leveraging SAP Datasphere to support evolving business intelligence and advanced analytics needs. Key Responsibilities: Post-Hypercare Data Stabilization Lead the stabilization and optimization of data flows and reporting solutions post-Go-Live. Identify and remediate data quality, performance, and reporting issues impacting business operations. Data Architecture & Modeling Design and maintain scalable data models within SAP Datasphere for cross-functional reporting (finance, supply chain, sales, operations). Drive clean, governed data architecture aligned with S/4HANA structures, master data governance, and reporting needs. Reporting and Analytics Enablement Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate reporting requirements into efficient Datasphere data models and consumption views. Support development of reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other visualization tools using Datasphere as the backend layer. Data Governance & Best Practices Establish data governance practices within the COE, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with enterprise data standards. Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, harmonization, and lifecycle management within Datasphere. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary interface between SAP COE, IT, and business reporting teams on all Datasphere-related initiatives. Lead knowledge-sharing and capability-building efforts within the COE to expand internal Datasphere expertise. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP data architecture, with at least 2+ years focused on SAP Datasphere (or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud). Strong understanding of S/4HANA data structures, CDS views, and OData services. Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere modeling, remote tables, consumption views, and data flows. Experience integrating SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and dashboarding needs. Solid knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data security principles. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the CPG or manufacturing industry. Exposure to embedded analytics in S/4HANA. SAP Datasphere certification or similar data architecture certification preferred.
