SAP Master Data Analyst - Remote

We're seeking a SAP Service Management Master Data Analyst with experience in either Fire Safety, Building Solutions, or Facilities Services industries. You'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate, high-quality service master data to support seamless Field Service Management operations. In this role, you'll manage essential data like equipment records, service orders, warranties, and customer profiles—ensuring consistency, completeness, and alignment with business goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across service, sales, and operations, analyze and report on data trends, and contribute to system enhancements and SAP upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have had hands-on experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM), SAP Customer Service (CS) modules, experience dealing with service contracts, and a strong background in managing service-related master data. Proficiency in SAP SM/CS/MM/FI (FICO) and Vendor master data setup and maintenance, and advanced Excel skills are essential. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
