Job Description: S/4 Modeling and Reporting Engineer Location: Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL (Hybrid) Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH) Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled S/4 Modeling and Reporting Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on SAP S/4 HANA development, reporting, and analytics, with strong expertise in CDS views, Fiori applications, and Datasphere. The ideal candidate will combine technical development experience with strong communication skills to work directly with business users in building robust analytics and reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop, optimize, and maintain CDS Views to support analytics and reporting within S/4 HANA. • Design and implement Fiori applications and reporting solutions for end-users. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into S/4 HANA-based analytical models. • Work on Datasphere (25–50% of role) to support enterprise-level reporting and integration. • Support S/4 HANA implementations, ensuring alignment of reporting and analytics with business processes. • Partner with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, business analysts, developers) to ensure accurate data modeling and reporting delivery. • Provide technical expertise in S/4 HANA reporting frameworks, including Fiori Analytical Apps. • Ensure solutions are scalable, optimized, and aligned with SAP best practices. Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA development and reporting. • Strong hands-on experience with CDS views for analytics and reporting. • Proven expertise in Fiori application development (Fiori certification a strong plus). • Experience working with Datasphere (minimum 25–50% of role responsibilities). • Strong knowledge of S/4 HANA implementation processes and analytics/reporting capabilities. • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact directly with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions. • Hybrid availability: local to Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL. Nice to Have • Fiori Certification (preferred). • Experience integrating S/4 HANA reporting with external BI tools. • Exposure to data modeling, reporting frameworks, and performance optimization in large enterprise environments.
