Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user stories. Utilize tools such as Power BI for data visualization and reporting to communicate findings effectively. Participate in Agile project management practices to ensure timely delivery of projects. Design and implement database solutions that enhance data integrity and accessibility. Create ETL processes to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Utilize VBA for automating repetitive tasks and improving efficiency in reporting processes. Employ Visio for process mapping and documentation of workflows. Skills Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management principles. Strong background in database design and management. Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Advanced data analysis skills with experience in statistical methods. Familiarity with ETL processes and tools for data integration. Proficient in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports. Knowledge of VBA for automation within Excel or other applications. Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
