Job Title: Content Automation Specialist Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid โ€“ Onsite Tuesโ€“Thurs) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Automation Specialist to join our team. This mid-level role is ideal for a Boston-based professional with strong hands-on experience in the Seismic platform, particularly with LiveDocs, content automation, and system integrations. You will work closely with marketing, sales enablement, and IT teams to develop, maintain, and enhance automated content solutions that drive business efficiency. Key Responsibilities -Build and maintain client-facing presentations and documents using Seismicโ€™s tools: LiveDocs, Guided Assembly, and Freestyle. -Develop and maintain automated workflows and dynamic templates using structured data sources (XML, CSV). -Manage and support integrations between Seismic and other platforms, including Salesforce, Workfront, and AEM. -Troubleshoot Seismic platform issues; coordinate with Seismic support as needed. -Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure platform stability, implement updates, and test new functionality. -Customize Seismic configurations, leveraging API integrations and advanced rule logic to optimize user experience and performance. -Maintain content taxonomy and governance across the Seismic platform. -Stay current on Seismic product enhancements and AI capabilities; support rollout of new features. -Partner with sales enablement and marketing teams to align technical solutions with business needs. -Maintain data integrity and synchronization across connected platforms. Required Qualifications -Bachelorโ€™s degree in Technology Management or a related field. -3โ€“5 years of hands-on experience with the Seismic platform, including LiveDocs development and configuration. -Proficiency in working with structured data formats such as XML and CSV. -Basic to intermediate HTML programming skills. -Solid understanding of Salesforce object structures. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. -Excellent communication and documentation abilities. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications -Prior experience in the financial services industry. -Experience with Workfront and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). -Familiarity with Seismic APIs and advanced automation configurations.
