Strictly NO C2C- only W2/1099 USC/GC preffered Job Title: Senior AI Specialist (Engineer / Architect / Data Scientist / RPA) Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract/FT About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI professional with deep expertise in AI/ML architecture, engineering, and data science. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on Python programming with strategic vision to design and deploy scalable AI solutions across enterprise and product environments. This role requires leadership in end-to-end AI solution design, from data architecture to production deployment, while ensuring compliance, ethics, and performance at scale. Key Responsibilities • AI/ML Architecture & Strategy • Define and own the AI/ML architecture roadmap aligned with organizational strategy. • Design scalable, high-performance AI platforms using cloud and hybrid infrastructures. • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and LLMs for adoption. • Engineering & Development • Build and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using Python and modern frameworks. • Collaborate with data engineering teams to design robust pipelines, feature stores, and data lakes. • Implement MLOps best practices for CI/CD of AI models, monitoring, and lifecycle management. • Data Science & Insights • Apply advanced techniques in NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and generative AI. • Translate complex business problems into AI-driven solutions and data-driven strategies. • Conduct performance evaluation, tuning, and explainability for deployed models. • Leadership & Collaboration • Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers and data scientists. • Work closely with business and product stakeholders to ensure AI adoption delivers measurable outcomes. • Define best practices for ethical and responsible AI implementation. Required Skills & Qualifications • 8–12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, architecture, or data science. • Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face). • Proven experience designing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions at scale. • Hands-on expertise in cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI, Databricks). • Strong background in data architecture (ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL/NoSQL, streaming data). • Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines for AI). • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. • Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, transformers, diffusion models). • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research. • Experience driving enterprise AI adoption and governance.
