Title: Senior Analyst, IPSO Reporting
Type: Hybrid / Contract (with potential to extend)
Location: Seattle, WA (3 Days a Week On-site)
Hourly/Contract Rate: $70 - $84/hour, depending on experience.
Summary:
As a Senior Analyst, IPSO Reporting (Contractor), you will play a pivotal role within the Integrated Planning Systems & Operations (IPSO) Team, driving the development and implementation of reporting and automation solutions for the Supply Chain Planning teams. Your role will involve designing, building, testing, and deploying data pipelines from sources like Excel and Snowflake (using SQL), Alteryx, and/or Knime, developing Power BI visualizations and calculations, and automating Excel workflows for greater efficiency and automation. This role requires strong proficiency in Power BI (Microsoft-certified Power BI Data Analyst Certificate is required), Snowflake/SQL, Alteryx, and/or Knime, and advanced Microsoft Excel. In support of the Global Planning System (GPS) project, you will contribute to data-related initiatives across both the Market Supply Planning (MSP) implementation and Demand Planning (DP) enhancement efforts, ensuring robust and scalable reporting and data analytics capabilities.
Must-Have Requirements:
β’ Must have the Microsoft Power BI Certification.
β’ Must have strong experience with Knime and/or Alteryx.
Qualifications & Requirements:
β’ Experienced in gathering and consolidating data from multiple sources, including Snowflake/SQL, Microsoft AAS Data Cubes, Knime Flows, and Excel Files.
β’ Experienced in developing output files that support daily planner activities and serve as data sources for Power BI Dashboards.
β’ Must have played a pivotal role within an Integrated Planning Systems & Operations (IPSO) Team, including driving the development and implementation of reporting and automation solutions for the Supply Chain Planning Teams.

β’ Experienced in making enhancements to existing Demand Planning Power BI Dashboards.
β’ Experience collaborating with planners to understand reporting needs, define KPIs and Measures, and translate user stories into actionable dashboards.
β’ Some Retail / Apparel, Footwear, or Sporting Goods industry experience is required.

Data Collection & Integration:
β’ Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, including Snowflake/SQL, Microsoft AAS data cubes, Knime Flows, and Excel files.
β’ Develop output files that support daily planner activities and serve as data sources for Power BI Dashboards (Power BI Certification is required).
Power BI Reporting & Dashboard Development, Implementation for the Supply Chain Planning Teams:
β’ Collaborate with planners to understand reporting needs, define KPIs and measures, and translate user stories into actionable dashboards.
β’ Apply best practices in data visualization and Power BI data modeling to ensure clarity and usability.
β’ Build and document new reports, dashboards, and Excel automation tools, and document them for a handover to the Global IP Systems & Operations Team.
Reporting Scope (includes but is not limited to):
β’ Inventory stock projection (demand, supply, inventory, and WOS).
β’ EIA inventory projection (excess, active, inactive, and aged).
β’ SKU-level inventory reporting by warehouse/location.
β’ Apparel supply plan evolution.
β’ 18-month footwear production capacity plan.
β’ Service KPIs (POFR, EFR).
β’ DC network forecast (inbound/outbound, inventory, and SKU count, 24-month Demand Plan, and 18-month Supply Plan Horizon.
β’ Make Enhancements to existing Demand Planning Power BI Dashboards.
Global Planning System (GPS) Project Support:
β’ Assist in collecting and validating supply planning data, including auditing within Kinaxis Maestro.
β’ Collaborate with the Senior DP Systems & Operations Analyst on demand planning data initiatives.
