In this role, you will lead meetings with internal stakeholders, gather requirements, and partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. You’ll play a key role in metadata registration, data governance, ETL testing, and dashboard/reporting development. Responsibilities: • Lead discussions with internal customers to define and document data needs • Translate requirements into clear deliverables for engineering partners • Perform metadata registration and data governance activities • Configure, test, and validate data quality rules • Coordinate ETL pipeline testing across multiple teams and validate outcomes • Build dashboards and reports leveraging Python and SQL • Collaborate with legacy Capital One data engineers and DFS teams to ensure accurate data delivery Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with strong SQL and Python skills • Expertise in data governance, metadata management, and ETL validation • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions • Prior financial services/banking experience preferred
