Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and Python, with additional exposure to Salesforce as a plus. This role requires someone who can transform complex data into actionable insights, support business decision-making, and contribute to data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and data visualizations to deliver business insights.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Work with Snowflake for data storage, transformation, and pipeline optimization.
• Use Python for advanced data analysis, automation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, product, IT) to gather requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across systems.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical needs.
• (Good to Have) Integrate and analyze Salesforce data for business reporting and customer insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on skills in Tableau (dashboard design, storytelling, performance optimization).
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing.
• Knowledge of Python for data manipulation, scripting, and analytics.
• Understanding of Salesforce CRM data (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
