Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and Python, with additional exposure to Salesforce as a plus. This role requires someone who can transform complex data into actionable insights, support business decision-making, and contribute to data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and data visualizations to deliver business insights.
β’ Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
β’ Work with Snowflake for data storage, transformation, and pipeline optimization.
β’ Use Python for advanced data analysis, automation, and reporting.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, product, IT) to gather requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
β’ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across systems.
β’ Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical needs.
β’ (Good to Have) Integrate and analyze Salesforce data for business reporting and customer insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
β’ Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
β’ Strong hands-on skills in Tableau (dashboard design, storytelling, performance optimization).
β’ Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
β’ Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing.
β’ Knowledge of Python for data manipulation, scripting, and analytics.
β’ Understanding of Salesforce CRM data (preferred, not mandatory).
β’ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have:
β’ Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline development.
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
β’ Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
