Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Location: Remote USA - East Coast and West Coast and Mountain Preferred
Duration: 12 Months with possibility for extensions.
Top 3 must-have skills:
β’ Must have intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills (conditional formulas and formatting, charting, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
β’ Experience with data management, specifically with validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems
β’ Pull, organize, and analyze relevant data from multiple sources, and use tools and programming languages such as Tableau, Hive, Excel, Workday, and Visier
β’ Experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software or other methods
Good to have skills:
β’ Audit data integrity, investigate concerns, and establish processes to streamline and improve data quality
Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of experience with SQL (or similar language aimed at querying relational databases)
β’ 5+ years of experience creating custom reports/dashboards and building visualizations in Tableau data visualization tools (SQL, R, Tableau, SASS, etc.)
β’ BA/BS in a field that emphasizes data analysis and visualization (e.g., computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, or statistics), or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities:
β’ Document reporting requirements with stakeholders, and partner with People Insights and People Analytics on iterations and changes to core dashboards and solutions
β’ Pull, organize, and analyze relevant data from multiple sources, and use tools and programming languages such as Tableau, Hive, Excel, Workday, and Visier
β’ Partner and align with cross-functional teams such as Research, Forecasting Analytics, and Engineering in executing best practices in data gathering and analytics
β’ Collaborate with business partners to create dashboards that display meaningful and actionable key performance indicators (KPIβs)
β’ Translate data and trends into stories to drive business decisions
β’ Create visualizations from which leaders can easily draw insights and recommendations
β’ Triage requests for people data and ad hoc reports, prioritize requests, and effectively communicate appropriate delivery expectations
β’ Maintain codebase (SQL) used to drive self-service tools, and recommend opportunities for improvement
β’ Build and automate easy to use, self-service reports and dashboards
β’ Provide direction and coaching to end users on how to use and interpret metrics
β’ Deliver standard reports/dashboards on a regular cadence
