Job Title: Senior Data Analyst Power BI / SQL Location: 100% Remote Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst for a 100% remote, 6+ month contract role. This position will focus on implementing dashboards, troubleshooting data issues, and presenting insights to leadership. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Power BI, SQL, and APIs. Key Responsibilities: • 25% Present data insights and strategic recommendations to management • 25% Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements • 50% Implement dashboards and visualizations, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and ensure data integrity • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation • Integrate and work with APIs for data sourcing and automation • Ensure timely delivery of data solutions aligned with business needs Required Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI Analyst role • Proficiency with Power BI and SQL • Experience with APIs for data exchange or integration • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Self-starter with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Comfortable working remotely and independently Preferred (Nice to Have): • Understanding of data center operations, networking concepts, or IT infrastructure • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams • Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data manipulation
