Senior Operations Data Analyst | 21687 Contract: 1 Year REMOTE No C2C Candidates Key Responsibilities β€’ Act as a technical and analytical SME, leading the design and execution of high-impact data initiatives across global Operations. β€’ Develop and own KPI frameworks, analytical models, and scalable dashboards to support strategic business objectives. β€’ Apply advanced analytics techniques using Python, SQL, and Oracle environments to identify trends, forecast performance, and drive business recommendations. β€’ Independently manage analytics work streams and provide thought leadership in identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation. β€’ Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering impactful insights through data storytelling and collaborative decision-making. β€’ Lead stakeholder engagement, facilitating cross-functional alignment on data requirements, performance metrics, and business intelligence tools. β€’ Support performance review processes with executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentation materials. β€’ Collaborate closely with the global BI and IT teams to ensure effective deployment and integration of data platforms and tools. β€’ Advanced Analytics & Data Modeling: Build and refine complex models to interpret performance drivers and simulate business scenarios using Python, Oracle SQL, and statistical methods. β€’ Business Intelligence Development: Design robust dashboards using tools such as Power BI and integrate with backend data sources via ETL pipelines (Pentaho, SSIS). Internally β€’ Performance Trend Analysis: Monitor key metrics, investigate variances. Provide proactive insights to support strategic interventions. β€’ Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence global and regional business leaders, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable analytics β€’ Project Leadership: Independently lead analytical projects from concept through implementation, including scoping, development, delivery, and impact β€’ Data Infrastructure and Governance: Contribute to data architecture design, implement best practices in documentation, and ensure adherence to data governance protocols. β€’ Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior analysts, share technical expertise, and promote data literacy across business units. Requirements: β€’ 6+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data science, or business β€’ intelligence roles in a performance-focused environment. β€’ Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, data wrangling, automation) and SQL β€’ Strong hands-on experience in Oracle database environments. β€’ Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ETL platforms (SSIS, or similar). β€’ Strong analytical storytelling and visualization skills using Excel (advanced), VBA, and PowerPoint. β€’ Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities β€’ act as a subject matter expert for key initiatives. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills β€’ proven ability to influence stakeholders across global and regional teams. β€’ Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving β€’ Experience mentoring or coaching team members, and a passion for enabling a data-driven culture. β€’ Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
