The Digital Workplace Data Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between technology teams, business stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring effective delivery of communications, reporting, and process improvements. Key responsibilities include:
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
β’ Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to leadership and customers.
β’ Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
β’ Automate recurring reporting processes using Python scripts and integrations with enterprise systems.
β’ Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.
1. Communications & Audience Management
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define audience segmentation and requirements for targeted communications.
β’ Develop, test, and deliver automated messaging campaigns across Microsoft Teams, email, and other digital workplace tools.
β’ Build and customize dynamic content leveraging HTML, JSON adaptive cards, and REST APIs for personalized end-user experiences.
β’ Track engagement metrics and provide insights on communication effectiveness.
1. Process Improvement & Automation
β’ Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive communication or reporting tasks.
β’ Integrate tools and systems via REST APIs to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of content and data.
β’ Support the continuous improvement of digital workplace processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
1. Stakeholder & Feedback Management
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business leaders, to align communications with organizational goals.
β’ Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine communications strategy and reporting outputs.
β’ Ensure the timely resolution of issues impacting communication delivery or data accuracy.
1. Innovation & Best Practices
β’ Stay up to date with emerging digital workplace tools, analytics practices, and automation technologies.
β’ Drive adoption of new solutions (e.g., Microsoft Teams adaptive cards, intelligent automation) to enhance collaboration and engagement.
