Role description
CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Data Engineer - Integration opening for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 2 years NO C2C/1099 or H1B please. W2 Salaried only. Duties: β€’ Design and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines for healthcare data in AWS β€’ Architect reusable frameworks for ML, GenAI, data lakes, and analytics β€’ Build and automate ML pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring β€’ Ensure data security, accuracy, and governance across ingestion pipelines β€’ Develop infrastructure for deploying and scaling ML and GenAI applications β€’ Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to align pipelines with business needs β€’ Optimize AWS infrastructure and data workflows for performance and reliability β€’ Document best practices for data ingestion and ML pipeline development Skills: β€’ Strong expertise with AWS Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift, and Python/Spark β€’ Deep understanding of data lakes, warehouses, and ML Ops pipelines β€’ Knowledge of healthcare data privacy, compliance, and governance β€’ Strong problem-solving, optimization, and automation skills β€’ Proficiency in Agile methodology and sprint-driven collaboration Experience: β€’ 7+ years in data engineering with AWS and data ingestion pipelines β€’ Proven track record of building large-scale data solutions and ML/AI-ready infrastructure Education: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
