Senior Data Integration Analyst

General Info: US Citizens or GC Holders only Must be on our W2- no C2C Fully remote Required Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of experience in a data or software analyst role. • 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries, preferably in SQL Server. • Strong experience with data mapping, data validation, and working with large datasets, including mapping across 40+ tables. • Proven ability to analyze and document API integration requirements. • Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple teams or business areas (16+) to deliver integrated solutions. • Familiarity with Agile or Kanban methodologies. • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Committed to maintaining security best practices in daily work. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Experience working with Teradata, Oracle, and cloud technologies. • Familiarity with release management, regression testing, and enterprise data security standards. • Interest in learning and working with modern cloud data platforms and tools. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. • Write advanced SQL queries (primarily in SQL Server) for data analysis, validation, and API-driven data operations. • Collaborate with multiple teams (16+) and stakeholders to define and support API requirements, ensuring seamless data integration across platforms. • Perform data mapping and transformation for data migration, integration, and warehousing projects, including mapping across 40+ tables. • Conduct risk and gap analysis, perform functional testing, and support the release process. • Document business processes, technical flows, and system enhancements with strong attention to detail. • Troubleshoot and support applications by investigating system issues and identifying root causes. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement and documentation best practices. • Partner with business users and leadership to interpret objectives and provide actionable recommendations.
