Senior Marketing Data Scientist Outside IR35 | Contract until April (initial) | London 1 day a week preferred, remote considered We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Data Scientist to drive marketing attribution, measurement, and insights across multiple channels. This role will shape frameworks and best practices to ensure marketing impact is consistently measured and understood across the business. Responsibilities β€’ Define and implement frameworks for attribution, experimentation, performance tracking, and spend allocation. β€’ Partner with marketing and data teams to optimise campaigns, budgets, and customer segmentation. β€’ Develop scalable data assets and reporting to create a single source of truth for marketing performance. β€’ Provide thought leadership on martech, analytics, and data science practices. β€’ Mentor analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed rigour and consistency. Requirements β€’ Proven experience in marketing analytics within high-growth consumer-facing sectors. β€’ Expertise in attribution, experimentation, and marketing measurement. β€’ Strong knowledge of martech tools and vendor ecosystems, with awareness of automation/AI opportunities. β€’ Skilled in SQL, Python, and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). β€’ Experience with large-scale data infrastructures and collaboration with engineering teams. β€’ Track record of applying analytics and data science to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
