Senior Data Scientist

Data Scientist Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid- 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Team: Data Science & AI Prototyping Pay Range: $70-$80/hour Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced Data Scientist to join our team supporting high-impact projects like Sorting Hat and Closed Loop. Both roles are high impact AI initiatives that directly impact how our client improves the customers’ experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a model-centric environment and enjoys solving complex problems through data wrangling, modeling, and evaluation. What You’ll Do • Build and evaluate predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques. • Perform data wrangling and ETL to prepare datasets for analysis. • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. • Contribute to LLM-based classification projects, applying traditional modeling approaches where appropriate. What You’ll Bring: • Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Strong experience in model development and evaluation. • Proficiency in ETL processes and data visualization tools. • Familiarity with LLMs and NLP is a plus but not required. • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
