Hiring: Senior Database Developer (PL/SQL)
Location: Smithfield, RI (Hybrid – every other week onsite)
Interview Process: 2 rounds
We're looking for a Senior PL/SQL Developer to join a high-performing Workplace Investment team working on enterprise-level applications and data frameworks.
This is a hands-on development role focused on designing and implementing high-performance, scalable database solutions using Oracle, SQL Server, Informatica, and Control-M.
🔧 Core Skills We’re Looking For
✔ Strong Oracle PL/SQL development experience (procedures, packages, triggers, optimization)
✔ ETL design & development (Informatica)
✔ Solid understanding of RDBMS
✔ Familiarity with Control-M, Containerization, and cloud-based deployment
✔ Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
✔ Experience in Agile environments
✅ Nice to Have
• Exposure to SQL Server and Sybase
• Experience working across geographically distributed teams
• Cloud deployment knowledge related to DB technologies
• Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies
