Senior Golang Developer
Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang
• Build and deploy microservices architecture on AWS using Lambda, Fargate, and other serverless tools
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems
• Optimize performance and scalability of distributed systems
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data governance standards
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in Golang
• Strong experience with AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, ECS/Fargate)
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
