Role description
Senior Employee Benefits Specialist Manchester 9 mth FTC Available on a Day rate - Immediate start. We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist, to join our Manchester based client. The ideal candidate will have had previous Employee Benefits experience, ideally from a consulting or project based role, spanning both the UK and Europe. The role New Benefits Platform Implementation β€’ You will Internally lead and support the configuration and rollout of the new benefits platform for UK and Europe. β€’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the platform consultants to ensure alignment with business needs and communication strategy. β€’ Project lead to times scales β€’ Develop and test workflows, eligibility rules, and user journeys. β€’ Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities. β€’ Create user guides and training materials. Benefits Administration & Compliance β€’ Review and streamline current benefits administration processes. β€’ Annual benefit cost tracking β€’ Identify and eliminate inefficiencies and manual workarounds. β€’ Establish clear governance frameworks for benefit approvals, renewals, and provider management (SLAs). β€’ Establish benefits cost tracker for annual budget management. β€’ Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. β€’ Conduct data quality checks. Policy Development & Documentation β€’ Draft, update, and align compensation, work/role related allowances and benefits policies across UK & European regions. β€’ Work with other internal Compensation and benefits teams within the business to ensure policies are legally compliant and aligned. β€’ Collaborate with HR for policy sign-off and rollout. β€’ Ensure the system is configured and correct for all allowance information. You will have excellent Stakeholder management and communications skills. Be very familiar with Project tools and tech.
