Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for an ETL Developer to support our clientβs contract needs. This position is located in the Washington, DC area and will be a hybrid on-site/remote position.
Responsibilities
β’ Design, document, and implement SAP Data Service jobs to extract, transform, and load data from source systems into reporting data marts/data warehouse in Oracle
β’ Work with Business Analysts and System and Data Architects in the development of new solutions
β’ Support existing SAP Data Services solutions
β’ Ensure documentation is created, maintained and accurate
β’ Ensure best practices are followed during system design and build
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in computer sciences, information systems, engineering, business management or other related technical areawith 8+years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills And Experience
β’ 5+ years of proven experience in the design, development and implementation of ETL processes for Data Warehousing, Data Migration projects
β’ 8+ years writing SQL
β’ 5+ years writing Oracle PL/SQL with a minimum 2 year of PL/SQL and an equivalent programming language (i.e T-SQL, Postgres SQL)
β’ 3+ years of SAP Data Services or equivalent ETL tools (i.e. SSIS, DataStage, Informatica)
β’ 5+ years of experience working with relational and dimensional data models
β’ 2+ years of government contracting experience
β’ 2+ years working in an Agile environment
β’ Solid understanding of ETL best practices
β’ Experience gathering and refining requirements, interviewing business users to understand and document data requirements
β’ Attention to detail and highly organized
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner
β’ Resourceful and creative in solving problems and overcoming obstacles
β’ Must be a well-motivated team player
β’ Clearance Required: Able to acquire and maintain AOUSC Public Trust
Preferred Skills And Experience
β’ 5+ years of experience working in an Enterprise Data Warehouse environment

Posted Pay Range
