Senior Healthcare CRM Business Analyst
100% Remote Position (EST Time Zone)

Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in delivering CRM transformation initiatives within a healthcare environment. This individual will partner with clinical, operational, marketing, and IT stakeholders to define business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and support the successful implementation and optimization of CRM platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with CRM projects in healthcareβsuch as patient engagement, provider relations, referral management, or population healthβand excels at bridging the gap between business strategy and technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead business analysis activities for CRM implementation and enhancement projects across the healthcare organization
β’ Collaborate with the Product team and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and deliver roadmaps
β’ Translate healthcare operational needs (patient access, care coordination, provider outreach, etc.) into CRM capabilities
β’ Partner with technical teams, vendors, and system integrators to design scalable CRM solutions
β’ Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and gap analyses to drive consensus on future-state processes
β’ Support data migration, integration requirements, and interoperability with EHR and other clinical/administrative systems
β’ Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies and test cases
β’ Develop training materials and support change management activities for end users
β’ Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field
β’ 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with direct involvement in CRM implementation projects
β’ Strong understanding of healthcare workflows such as patient engagement, access management, care coordination, referral management, or marketing outreach
β’ Proven ability to gather requirements, create process documentation, and develop user stories
β’ Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Health Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Health CRM, or similar
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Experience supporting Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Knowledge of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, APIs)
β’ Background in data analytics, reporting, or CRM dashboards
β’ Vendor management experience
β’ Experience working in the healthcare industry (provider, payer, or health technology organization) would be a plus
