Role description
Position : Senior HRIT Analyst - ADP
Location : Remote work
Duration : 24+ Months
Purpose
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Global HR Technology team. This role will primarily support and maintain our existing HR systems—particularly ADP—while contributing to a multi-year technology transformation initiative. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of our HR platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide production support, perform system administration, and maintain documentation.
• Review system updates/releases and coordinate communication with impacted stakeholders.
• Act as liaison with other teams and downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues, including access problems, data inconsistencies, and process flaws.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex system issues.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and system documentation.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Perform hands-on configuration, scripting, and system setup.
• Identify and implement system improvements through automation and enhanced features.
• Support and assist with ongoing audits.
• Manage user access, including account creation and permissions.
• Handle large data imports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with ADP Enterprise (preferably version 6).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proven multi-tasking skills in a dynamic setting with high attention to detail.
• High learning agility; able to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and tools.
Preferred Skills
• Working knowledge of Human Resources or Payroll functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Teams, OneNote).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with case tracking systems such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP, or other SaaS HR solutions.
Education
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
