Job Summary (Senior Lead Developer) - OMAHA NEBRASKA- Local
• Lead the creation and maintenance of software applications and related artifacts using .NET and React Native.
• Oversee and participate in API integrations, modernization of legacy scripts (Perl/Python/PHP), and automation of testing processes.
• Facilitate and support data integration requirements from on-prem, cloud, and SaaS sources via APIs and custom solutions.
• Ensure software development team delivers scalable, secure, and functional applications that meet business specifications.
• Participate and contribute in Agile SDLC processes.
• Implement security tools and best practices to prevent security breaches and exposures.
• Lead root cause analysis for production errors and provide architectural and code-level solutions.
• Facilitate code reviews, product rollouts, issue fixes, and application updates.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, naming conventions, branching/merging strategies, and operational procedures.
• Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for leveraging new technology features.
• Mentor and support junior developers to foster technical skill growth and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with customers and project teams to gather and review application requirements and estimate development effort.
• Analyze system requirements, develop technical specifications, and make recommendations for application architecture and design.
