We are scaling fast and looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help us push the boundaries of what AI can doβwhether itβs through natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) models.
What Youβll Do
Design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and systems across a range of applications.
Own the ML lifecycle from data exploration and preprocessing to model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Lead the implementation of RAG pipelines for enhanced question-answering or content generation systems using LLMs.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and APIs to enhance ML workflows.
Stay current with the latest advancements in ML/AI and bring innovative thinking into the organization.
Mentor junior engineers and review code to ensure best practices in model development and software engineering.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI roles.
Strong programming skills in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangGraph, LangChain, or Hugging Face Transformers.
Hands-on experience with model deployment in production using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Deep understanding of MLOps practices: CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, data versioning (e.g., DVC), etc.
Experience with vector databases and embedding-based retrieval (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, PgVector) for RAG systems.
Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and systems-level thinking.
Proficiency with SQL and data manipulation in large-scale datasets.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures.
Ability to prototype new solutions to test new technologies.
Nice to have
Contributions to open-source ML projects or publications in ML/AI conferences.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and workflow tools (Airflow, MLflow).
Exposure to ethical AI practices and model interpretability techniques.
Familiarity with socket connections and cloud streaming services.
Why Join Us
Work on cutting-edge AI technology with real-world impact.
Flexible remote work environment with a collaborative culture.
Competitive salary and equity package.
